All content included on the Gikmake website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Gikmake or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Gikmake website is the exclusive property of Gikmake and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Prohibited Activities
You may not transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, profane, or otherwise objectionable. You may not upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code. You may not attempt to interfere with service availability or security, including through denial of service attacks.
Limitation of Liability
Gikmake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of the Gikmake service, even if Gikmake has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case shall Gikmake's liability exceed the fees paid by you in the past three months.

Termination & Governing Law
Gikmake may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the service. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
